When you're saying goodbye to someone you love, the last thing you should have to worry about is managing the running order, introducing speakers or keeping an eye on the clock. I help families create a meaningful and well-organised celebration of life, without having to carry the practical responsibility of guiding the room.

​I’m known for my warmth, calm presence and ability to read a room. I understand that a celebration of life needs to be carefully held,  for sadness, laughter, memories and the unexpected moments that make each person’s life unique.

​As your MC, I can:

​

  • Welcome and guide your guests

  • Introduce family members, friends and other speakers

  • Manage the running order and timing, how to best use the space, equipment required

  • Write the material to reflect the style and tone of your event

  • Coordinate with the venue and other event professionals

  • Make sure speakers know when and where they are needed, 

  • Handle unexpected moments with calm and discretion

  • Help the event move naturally from one part to the next

  • Create a warm and respectful atmosphere throughout

 

My role isn't to take over. It's to hold the room, so the people who matter most can be present in the moment. I know when to speak, when to pause and when to simply let a moment be.

 

You can be confident that the practical details and flow of the event are being looked after.

 

​Fee: $1000

Includes:

  • First Meeting - In-depth family meeting (online or in person) to plan the Service (1-2 hours)

  • Questionnaire to gather details

  • Personalised ceremony script

  • Tribute/eulogy writing support resources

  • Assistance with readings and music selection

  • Second Meeting: a run through of the event (allow 1 hour)

  • Use of my PA system

  • Ceremony delivery up to 1 hour

  • Arrive 1 hour before the start of Celebrations

  • Dress to reflect the tone

  • Travel within the Illawarra

  • Extra Tables​
